Welcome!

I decided to create this blog, to share my journey into the world of Cake decorating!

I started cake decorating a few months ago and have found it an enjoyable hobby that I wish to continue! I didn't realize how easy it is to learn and how incredibly satisfying it is when finishing a cake.. to hear the comments is definitely rewarding.

My cake teacher's name is Irene and I do cake decorating at Homestead, Roxburgh Park every Thursday nights.

I wish I had started this earlier to explain more about my earlier cakes. However, it's never too late.

Below is a snapshot of all the cakes and cupcakes I've created so far.

Above: I discovered the 'Plane Cake' Book! That's where the pirates came from.

Above: More Planet Cake creations, the bow cupcake idea was taken from the book.
